Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Grill Chef in Co. Sligo. This role is ideal for an experienced chef with a strong background in grilling and high-volume kitchen service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality grilled dishes with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook grilled menu items to a high standard of taste, presentation, and hygiene
  • Operate and maintain grill stations, ensuring consistency and speed of service
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance at all times
  • Assist with stock management and minimise waste
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and support service during peak periods
  • Contribute to daily prep, cleaning schedules, and general kitchen upkeep
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and temperature control
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Understanding of HACCP and kitchen safety procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
