Location: Liverpool City Centre (Office-based)
Shifts: 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, or 12pm–8pm (on rotation)

About the Role:
Are you experienced in call centres with a passion for customer service and an interest in legal claims? Join a busy, growing legal firm in Liverpool City Centre as a Call Centre Advisor.

You'll support clients by handling calls, reviewing claims, and clearly explaining our terms, fees, and funding options. It's a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle incoming calls and client queries with professionalism.

  • Review new cases to assess suitability for funding or litigation.

  • Provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, and fees.

  • Work closely with internal teams to keep claims progressing.

  • Maintain accurate records in line with legal standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience.

  • Understanding of claims, legal processes, or financial services (a plus).

  • Strong communication and data entry skills.

  • Confident using contact centre or case management systems.
