POSITION SUMMARY

We have a 12-week Fixed Term Contract - Summer Cover position within the Operations team at AXA Partners CLP. The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners and Operations teams in Europe and Latin America.

The individual will analyze and process partner data accurately and promptly, always prioritizing the end customer in decision-making. The Premiums Team is at a key point in the customer journey, so strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels of the business are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end processing of partner data, including file manipulation, preparation, reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies.
  • Manage monthly workflow and priorities to meet all SLAs.
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure timely receipt of relevant data from clients and highlight exceptions.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and participate in reporting as needed.
  • Contribute to resolving issues and prevent recurrence, especially regarding Underwriting referrals, data rejections, and providing feedback to clients/IT.
  • Complete all regular team controls and create process documentation following best practices.
  • Ensure timely action on quality feedback to minimize customer impact.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the wider Operations team.
  • Support onboarding of new deals as SME.
  • Work with IT process owners on development, testing, and providing feedback on solutions.
  • Support overall Operations functions as required.

Your Profile

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Solution-oriented with pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working under pressure on multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with life and non-life products, especially Credit & Lifestyle protection (not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum qualification: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
