Overview

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join a reputable service based in Galway, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. We require residential Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centered planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service, and supporting service users in meeting their short-term and long-term goals.



Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to service users.
  • Promote independence and person-centered planning.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the service.
  • Support service users in meeting their short-term and long-term goals.


Qualifications
  • Major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or a relevant field
  • Full driving license and access to own transport
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey maximising their quality of life.
