Accounts Payable Administrator (Healthcare)

Kildare

Armont Recruitment have partnered with an expanding healthcare group seeking an experienced accounts payable administrator to join their close-knit team based in Kildare.

This business is at an exciting time of growth following a recent acquisition and this role will be a key part of a collaborative team, contributing to the company's continued development.

This role will suit an AP professional with 2+ years' experience in a broad accounts payable position and be eager to contribute to a dynamic, flexible and evolving team.

The Role

  • Purchase invoice processing onto accounts system
  • Managing supplier payment processing
  • Card reconciliations
  • Managing supplier queries
  • Assist with audit
  • Month end reports
  • Creditor reconciliations
  • Assisting with additional ad hoc projects

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years+ accounts payable experience
  • Experience in operating accounting systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

The Rewards

  • Salary range, €35,000 to €40,000 DOE
