KNOW THE ROLE

At our Brown Thomas Dublin store, Zadig et Voltaire is looking for a Concession Assistant Manager to join the team on a full-time basis with 37.5 flexible hours.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Being a brand ambassador and embracing the Selling Ceremony
  • Driving sales, providing a warm welcome, using appropriate sales techniques from start to close
  • Targeting ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs
  • Leading by example and coaching the team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences
  • Training and coaching the team to exceed store objectives and KPIs
  • Maintaining presence on the shop floor and attending to customer needs
  • Building customer loyalty and understanding customer relationship management
  • Communicating efficiently and effectively
  • Having knowledge of the collection and iconic pieces of the brand

  • Detail-oriented
  • Reliable, energetic, approachable, punctual, with extensive fashion and trend knowledge, confident in engaging and styling clients. A role model who shares knowledge and skills with the team
  • Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the sales process while supporting and coaching the team towards excellence, focusing on delivering the highest customer experience
  • Maximizing store targets, providing personalized service, and complying with Zadig and Voltaire procedures and standards
  • Supporting the store manager in creating a creative, developmental environment, eager to learn and develop oneself and others
  • Minimum 2 years in fashion management and people skills
