Position Overview

The Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' challenges and goals through inbound calls and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), to sell our solutions digitally. They work with clients across various industries and regions, developing and transacting digital deals while nurturing long-lasting relationships with Autodesk. When in-depth discovery is needed, they collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to close deals.

You will be target-based with incentives and a competitive compensation plan, reporting to a Digital Sales Manager, EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting through inbound hotlines and outbound calls with MQLs.
  2. Qualify and map important partners, processes, and technical requirements.
  3. Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales team or partners.
  4. Identify additional revenue opportunities through upselling and promotional programs.
  5. Use Salesforce to create leads and opportunities, maintaining good pipeline and lead management.
  6. Manage outbound/inbound calls, process orders, and handle administrative tasks and career development.
  7. Represent Autodesk and utilize resources to meet customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in French is required; knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is a plus.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience and a passion for learning.
  3. Experience with outbound calling.
  4. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
  5. Team player with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  6. Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  7. Experience in software or SaaS sales, especially with clients at various levels, is a plus.
  8. Experience closing deals using sales tools/systems is a plus.
