Finance Assistant-South Dublin

Our client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a Finance Assistant to join their team. This role would suit someone with 1-2 years experience working within Finance. You will report into the Financial Controller, assisting with the day to day running of the accounts department.
Salary: €36k DOE
Benefits: Bonus, Pension, Free Parking, hybrid working, Bike to Work and Travel Tax Incentives.
Duties- Assisting both external and internal clients.
- Processing of Employee Expenses.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
- Managing volume discounts and rate cards.
- Update Funds Received Spreadsheet to reflect any new transactions.
- Assisting with the processing of invoices for the purchase ledger.
- Managing incoming emails to the Finance Inbox.
- Liaising with Partners and internal staff in relation to general finance queries.
- Assisting with VAT return.
- Maintaining the billing system.
- Other ad hoc duties.
- 1 year+ previous experience working in a finance focused position.
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel.
- Good team player.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- A flexible approach to work.
