Job Overview

Beechfield Care Group is seeking to recruit an Activities Coordinator responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for residents at Beechfield Manor, Shanganagh Rd, Shankill, Dublin D18 P389.

The Role

The Activities Coordinator assesses residents' needs, plans and implements activity programs, and documents these activities to enhance residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and evaluate individual and group activity programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  2. Coordinate and participate in activities promoting social interaction, intellectual stimulation, and orientation.
  3. Provide in-room activities for residents confined to their rooms, respecting their interests.
  4. Complete assessments and care plan documentation accurately reflecting residents' functional levels and needs.
  5. Maintain and review activity documentation and resident charts regularly.
  6. Create monthly activity calendars and contribute to quality improvement plans for the activity program.

Location and Salary

Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland | €32,000 - €38,000 annually
