Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer works as part of the Engineering Team, and is personally responsible for troubleshooting, fault finding, unplanned & routine maintenance of all on-site manufacturing machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Roles:

• Carry out electrician and mechanical maintenance on a Plastics Recycling Facility. This will include reactive breakdown and preventative maintenance of Wash Plant and Recycling Equipment.
• Responsible for reporting breakdowns, shift handovers and breakdown analysis.
• General site maintenance of other specified equipment to ensure plant is available and runs efficiently.
• Manage and implement projects and new machine installations
