Our Quality & Security team is looking for an Auditor to assist Aeven with upholding our highest standards. Are you characterized by a good structure and attention to quality? In Q&S we support Aeven´s Line of Business (LoB) from the core and directly contribute to the success of our quality and security mind-set across all business - local and global. The team works with all parts of our business to provide both assessment and guidance for meeting regulatory and customer compliance requirements.

Your Responsibilities

The overall responsibilities are to proactively lead high value deliveries according to the at all times defined services in Quality & Security, being at present - but not limited to:

  • Timely delivery of system audit statement reports to customers
  • Quality review of System descriptions
  • Consulting line of business in the development of control descriptions
  • Validating observations on system audit statement reports
  • Handle reports in close dialogue with customers and external auditors
  • Reporting to Aeven top management related to the system audit service

Beside the above mentioned services the System audit expert proactively seeks to assist internal and external projects with knowledge/project work as needed.

The System audit expert primarily works with AEVEN internal processes and Quality Issues, Management issues, ensuring compliance to customer requirements and delivering audit education and guidance to the organisation.

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • At least 2 years of previous experience conducting quality and compliance audits with an IT focus
  • In-depth knowledge of ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 and other audit frameworks
  • Knowledge from training or experience with IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
  • You have solid administrative and communication skills, and you know how to conduct meetings professionally

You are a good listener and equally ready to share knowledge with colleagues. You are comfortable conducting audit interviews and being in front of a crowd. You take ownership and work purposefully to achieve the targets you have set, being passionate about creating order and structure.

High level of oral and written Danish and English is a requirement. Formal communications and documentation will primarily be in English.
