My client a global financial consultancy business is seeking to hire a Finance & Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their team in Dublin city centre. In this role you will provide expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing and analysing finance and risk data, and implementing finance transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee or assist with client engagements, ensuring the delivery of top-notch consulting services to a varied client base. Gain a thorough understanding of our service offerings and proactively identify ways to enhance client satisfaction across different services. Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships and networks, working closely with team members across all practices to fulfil client needs. Contribute to business development efforts and support the creation of proposals. Promote innovation in processes and systems, utilizing technology to boost client performance. Participate in business development activities, including contributing to client presentations and proposals. Qualifications: At least 7+ years of experience in executing regulatory reporting or finance transformation programs, with proven expertise in methodologies like Prince2, PMP, or Agile. An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) applied within a financial institution is advantageous. Strong client relationship management skills, developed through previous consulting roles or within large financial services/technology firms. Demonstrated success in management and leadership roles on data-focused projects and engagements within the consulting sector. In-depth knowledge of key finance regulatory reporting or regulatory change initiatives, such as BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, and stress testing. Comprehensive understanding of finance processes, finance technologies, and operating models, with the capability to translate between business and IT delivery.
