This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport. Key responsibilities & Duties Support and manage the collection of large datasets related to sustainability metrics (e.g., carbon emissions, water usage, waste management, energy consumption) from various sources across the Group, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the data. Analyse sustainability data on a quarterly and annual basis, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Maintain Power BI dashboards/visualizations that communicate sustainability performance to key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Business Units on implementing sustainability plans, including identifying opportunities and areas for intervention based on insights gathered from sustainability data analysis. Regularly support the monitoring of progress on the sustainability action plans, tracking milestones and deliverables. Coordinate and support the integration of EU Taxonomy requirements throughout the Group. Support the corporate sustainability team in their reporting efforts, including their annual reporting requirements. Stay current on sustainability trends, benchmarks, legislation, and best practices and provide research support for the broader sustainability team.
