As an Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing an implementation projects team for one of our Leading Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Clients while supporting the growth of Réalta Technologies' automation projects team. You will be expected to coordinate and manage all project phases, from initiation to closure, while ensuring that all objectives are met in terms of quality, schedule, and budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage automation projects from concept to completion, including design, development, testing, and commissioning
  • Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with the client's project team to identify automation requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Work closely with the Réalta Technologies team to ensure that project goals are aligned with the company's overall strategy
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation platforms and software.
  • Experience working within Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals.
