From day one you will be exploring a collaborative and dynamic company culture, and you will receive: A structured learning and development program, specific job-related trainings, professional development and soft skills trainings. A buddy who can offer you their experience, knowledge and guidance throughout your internship. Dedicated networking events for the Interns. Leadership and business-related sessions with Senior Management. Possibility to grow your professional network by joining an Employee Committees include . Professional Women's Network, Pride, The Diversity, Disability & Ethnicity Network, ESEN, BeWell, Street Culture, Working Parents Group. Programme dates: 1st September 2025 - 31st August 2026. You must be available to participate in the programme in person in Republic of Ireland, starting from day one and for its full duration, and you are required to work from the office 4 days a week. What you will be responsible for: Meet with, analyze, model, and value the equity securities of global publicly listed corporations. Recommend investments for inclusion in our suite of concentrated regional and global strategies. Monitor news flow on companies held within our portfolios. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with regard to our investment process and suite of investment models and tools. Ad hoc projects related to our investment process. What we value: Aptitude for financial analysis and valuation, with an ability to incorporate qualitative and quantitative analysis into research. Capacity for differentiated thinking, and ability to challenge the status quo in order to drive optimal investment decisions. Strong teammate who is able to work collaboratively - excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Real passion for investing in companies and markets. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently; aptitude to self-direct and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
