You'll be responsible for developing engaging content across social media platforms, collaborating with agencies on creative ideas, and utilising the latest digital tools, including AI, to produce high-quality video content. What Youll Do: Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to execute digital campaigns. Create and manage social media content, including video, podcasts, and rich media, to drive engagement. Use platform-based tools to produce and edit video content while ensuring brand consistency. Identify opportunities to showcase brand events, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives across digital channels. Manage and optimise content on employee advocacy platforms. Analyse digital performance metrics to refine and enhance campaign strategies. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. Maintain and update website content with SEO best practices, including metadata and tagging. Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase digital conversions. What Youll Need: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital channels. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience managing social media communities and employee advocacy platforms is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing your digital content or campaign experience is preferred. Qualifications & Technical Skills: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in social media business management tools and video editing software. Experience with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus. Google Analytics certification and experience in campaign performance reporting.
