Job Title: Seafood Production & Customer Service Supervisor Job Type:Full-time, Permanent Location:Union Hall, West Cork, County Cork Shift:Tuesday to Saturday, Day Shift (hours vary depending on season) Salary: €40K Benefits: - Company Pension Scheme - Assistance with finding local accommodation We are seeking a Seafood Production & Customer Service Supervisor to join the team of a leading fish wholesaler company based in Union Hall, Co Cork. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring that high standards of quality , productivity and customer service are maintained. Responsibilities: Prepare and package orders , and price seafood items for sale. Filleting / knife skills could be beneficial but not essential Customer service - update chefs, clients and customers on product availability etc. be friendly and helpful with clients is paramount. Keep a clean and safe work environment. Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment. Qualifications and Skills Required: Previous experience working with fish or meat is an advantage but full training will be provided. Must be able to follow instructions. Able to use cutting tools.
