Overview Working with the Digital Health team in the Dublin and North East Region, the purpose of the post is to lead and manage digital health projects aimed at enhancing patient safety, improving healthcare outcomes, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the regional ICU Clinical Information System (ICU CIS) and other digital health initiatives that integrate technology and data-driven solutions. The Project Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovation, optimise workflows, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the region. Essential Criteria Candidates must have at the latest date of application: - Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc. Post Graduate / Degree in Change Management, ICT or related discipline. Project management experience specifically in the management and deployment of software applications. Experience of leading IT change management through introducing new user applications. Experience of working with a range of personnel at senior level within an organisation Experience of providing Management Information and Business Intelligence reports to Senior Management using tools such as Excel and SQL AND Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the office. Post Specific Requirements Experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools Inc. MS Project, Excel, Word and VISIO Other requirements specific to the post Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements as post may involve travel.
