Site Manager Apartment Project (Dublin 08) Location: Dublin 08, Ireland Project Duration: Until February 2027 Salary: €55,000 - €80,000 + Package Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join an ongoing apartment development project in Dublin 08. The project is currently moving into the next phase after the completion of the structure. This is a long-term role, with the project running until February 2027. You will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to the site-based Project Manager. The client is open to considering individuals from a variety of backgrounds, and this role is ideal for those looking to make the next step in their career in construction management. If you are looking to take on more responsibility, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project progresses on time and within budget. Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the required standard. Coordinate logistics and resources for all stages of the project. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on site. Monitor the quality of work and resolve any issues that may arise during the project. Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and materials on site. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will have experience in site management and will be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The following backgrounds will be considered: Experienced Site Managers with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Senior Engineers looking to take the next step into site management. Finishing Site Managers / Foremen with experience in main contractor or structural projects who are looking to expand their expertise. Junior / Assistant Site Managers with some site experience, eager to progress and develop in a management role. Requirements: Previous experience in site management or a similar role in construction. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and quality control. Ability to manage subcontractors and project resources effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Aconex, etc.) is advantageous.
