We are looking for a  Facilities Coordinator to join our team The role is based in Waterford.

Your mission

Assistance in the administration of the following tasks;

  • Management of the Helpdesk tasks & records
  • Production of Services Reports
  • Procurements of materials
  • Upkeep of Purchase Order register
  • Sub-Contract Management including; Checking upcoming dates and arranging/confirming inspection dates, Checking / sourcing H&S paperwork ahead of visits for FM review, Checking training and safety records , Chasing maintenance reports and uploading to CAFM reporting system
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractor / service providers in line with planned maintenance schedule
  • Completing Application Forms for Third Party Use of the Facility
  • Logging Additional School Usage of the Facilities
  • Assistance and support to the FM team in the completion of adhoc requests
  • Assistance and support to the wider FM Management team
  • Monitoring of training matrix

Who are we looking for?

The candidate would require to demonstrate the following:

  • Client Relationship Management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent co-ordination / planning skills
  • Good Excel and Word skills with high computer literacy
  • Capability to generate reports
  • Experience in working as part of a team who is hardworking and enthusiastic
  • Helpdesk or CAFM system experience a benefit
