En études ou sur le terrain, ingénieur au technicien confirmé, participez grâce à votre expertise à nos différents projets tertiaires et publics, en France et à l’international, à l’image de La Samaritaine, La Bibliothèque de France à Paris, l’Usine d’Eolienne au Havre, le CHU de Pointe-à-Pitre en Guadeloupe, afin de construire un futur durable à nos enfants

Vous possédez certainement une compétence correspondant à nos métiers : structure, CVC et Plomberie, électricité, économie, et chef de projet, synthèse OPC, Moex.

Description de la mission

Au sein de l'équipe de maîtrise d'œuvre, concevoir les installations de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, plomberie et de désenfumage mécanique depuis l'Esquisse architecturale jusqu'à l'élaboration du DCE :

  • Réaliser les calculs thermiques réglementaires sur logiciels Climawin et/ ou Pléiade
  • Réaliser à chaque stade de l'étude, les estimations et s'assurer de la cohérence avec le budget prédéfini, proposer des optimisations
  • Analyser techniquement et économiquement les offres des entreprises
  • Assurer le suivi technique des travaux, la réalisation des visas, l'analyse des devis, la participation aux réunions techniques, aux essais et aux opérations préalables à la réception Piloter le travail des projeteurs et modeleurs BIM pour l'exécution des pièces graphiques et modèles 3D
  • Respecter les délais imposés
  • Diagnostiquer les installations de bâtiments existants
  • Coordonner le travail avec celui de l'ensemble des intervenants sous la responsabilité du chef de projet

Les domaines de compétences requis correspondent à toutes les installations et équipements de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, plomberie et de désenfumage mécanique propres aux projets de bâtiments et en particulier :

  • Chauffage tous locaux : eau, vapeur, électricité
  • Conditionnement d'air, centrales frigorifiques
  • Ventilation et filtration (toutes classes ISO)
  • Désenfumage mécanique
  • Réseaux de chaleur
  • Production d'ECS
  • Gestion technique centralisée

Niveau de formation/ Diplôme requis : Ingénieur spécialité génie climatique

Nombre d'années d'expérience dans le poste ou le domaine : 10 ans

Compétences spécifiques : MS Office, Autocad/Revit, Climawin, Pleiade

Qualités personnelles/Savoir être : rigueur, autonomie, efficacité, esprit d'équipe

Langues étrangères pratiquées : Anglais Professionnel
