My client are seeking a talented NOC Engineer to join their team.

You will be part of a global team managing Level 1 and 2 support in a NOC environment, triaging incidents, responding to alerts, and troubleshooting various systems.

The role will involve working shifts. The most common shift will be 8am-5pm, however occasionally at 10am-7pm / 12pm-9pm will be required.

There is no requirement for either on call, or night work. This will follow a set Tuesday-Saturday shift pattern.

The role is split as follows:

  • Monitoring (50%)
  • Responding to alerts on various platforms
  • Triage (50%)
  • Fix or escalating issues as they arise
  • Manage outages
  • There will also be the opportunity to be involved in occasional project work.
  • This is an exciting role with a growing business with excellent opportunities for progression.
