Key Responsibilities/Duties: The Mechanical QAQC Engineer must prepare handover inspection, test documentation and O&M manuals. Implement the QA/QC management system and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety at the site. Coordinate quality inspections, non-destructive testing, and receipt inspections with subcontractors, vendors, and the customers representative. Distribute QA/QC documentation to subcontractors and verify all quality control documentation for as-built handover. Manage nonconformance reports, remedial actions, and site quality control instructions. Participate in site audits and oversee the approved QC Plan and technical submittals to the customer. Provide training to the site QC inspector based on customer specifications and monitor quality activities. Collaborate with the site construction manager, chair weekly QA/QC meetings, and develop inspection/test programs. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and/or a Mechanical Trade Qualification. 3+ years experience in a similar role is essential. Good Knowledge of installation and commissioning. Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills. The successful Mechanical QAQC Engineer must be in Ireland or the EU and be eligible to work in Europe. Benefits: Salary €75,000 to €85,000 DOE Excellent career progression opportunities.
