Our Client is a respected leader in sustainable and profitable farming solutions, focused on maximising feed efficiency. Successful candidates will demonstrate previous experience with customs documentation, processing orders, providing information in response to a wide range of queries, while having the foresight to initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 -5:00 Salary: Competitive salary depending in experience Job Duties: * Receive, processes and confirm orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner. * Liaises with production regarding specific requirements. * Issuing of paperwork for shipments to non- EU countries. * Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers. * Ireland based but part of an international team. * Liaise with office managers across Europe, North Africa, US and Asia Essential Skills & Experience: * Excellent customer service skills. * Excellent communication skills and telephone technique. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * Ability to multi task and prioritise. * Competent in Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience with AX / Dynamics 365 desirable but not essential * Ability to build excellent rapport with customer to ensure customer satisfaction. * Experience with customs documentation such as Certificate of Origin, Eur 1 and ATR preferable. * Business English -written and oral. * Knowledge of another European language (i.e. Dutch, German or Hungarian) is desirable but not essential. * Experience with logistics an advantage Personal Qualities: * Capable of working well in a team environment. * Attentive to instructions and able to follow them effectively. * Possesses a positive attitude and is cooperative, willing to comply with company policies and procedures while working constructively with colleagues. * Demonstrates good timekeeping and reliability.
