Dublin, Ireland GPC - Global Professional Consultants Full time

My client, a leading housing developer, is seeking a Site-Based Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a development project in Dublin. Responsibilities: Liaise and report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Assist in the preparation of the final account. Issue interim payment applications to the Project Quantity Surveyor. Monitor costs and report using Construction Computer Software. Review Tender enquiries and conduct tender analysis. Purchase and monitor Sub-Contractors packages on-site. Handle Sub-Contractors re-measurement, interim, and final account payments. Process fortnightly/monthly Sub-Contractor payment certificates. Compile variations and maintain the variation log. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying. 1-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities. Package: €45k €55k DOE Training and career development plan. Travel allowance.
