Title: HR Generalist Type: Permanent Salary: €40k-€45k Location: Castleblayney, Co Monaghan Reference: S011652 Our client is seeking a HR Generalist based in their offices in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people and workplace culture, looking to step into a dynamic HR function. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR administration. This role is 4 days office based, 1 day WFH. Responsibilities: First point of contact for HR queries , promptly responding to queries Provide an advisory service to employees and manage staff relationships Partner with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice Manage, develop, and support recruitment campaigns Partner with Line Managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing, and staff management/development Assist members of the HR team in other locations to ensure the HR function delivers efficient service Maintain HR guidelines and procedures in accordance with Company Policy Source and book suitable training courses to ensure continuous development of staff Develop, implement, and facilitate employee workshops, training and induction programmes for all personnel as required Maintain all HR systems Design and produce reports for management Administer all company compensation and benefits Requirements: HR related qualification Minimum 1-2 years HR Generalist experience Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please apply with a copy of your CV to Bernie in RecruitmentPlus via this advert or email If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
