Accountabilities Month End Accounts to Trial Balance VATReturns VIESandINTRASTAT Cashflowforecasting. CustomsandROSTAN InvoiceDiscountingReconciliations CustomerandSupplierPricingupdates Monthly GP Pricing analysis. Overhead Analysis Other Bank Reconciliations Reconcile Stock Differences Gains/Losses Review and process any outstanding stock returns for A/R and A/P Knowledge of SAP B1, SAP HANA Responsibilities(includingbutnotlimitedto) Assistin thepreparationof monthlymanagement accountsandannualfinancialstatements&reports. Monitorbudgetperformance&reportonvariances. Managerelationship,reconciliationsandauditswithInvoiceDiscountingbank. AssistinthepreparationandsubmissionofVAT,VIESandINTRASTATreturns. Manage relationships withinternaldepartments andexternalstakeholders (Customers and Suppliers) toresolvequeries. Attendandcontributeto weeklyEOSLlOmeetings.Completeweeklyscorecard, complete"ToDos"and "Rocks" ActastheIndependent AuditorforISOandcarryout andreporttomanagement on internal auditsundertakenand audit recommendations and improvements. EnsureallprocessesarefollowedasperCoreProcessesandISO. OverseetheComplaintsLogensuringallissuesaredealtwithappropriately and closedout. CustomerReturns:EnsureReturnsareprocessedasperprocedureandReturnsLog AssisttheFinanceDirectorininvestigatingsystemissuesand testingand implementing any changes and improvements identified. Cover for other Finance department staff on annual leave or sickness. ProvidesupportandtrainingtoColleaguesasrequired. Other ad hoc duties as designated by senior management. The Candidate: Accounting Technician or Part qualified accountant Minimum 3 years experience working in a high-volume accounts department. Excellent computer-literacy skills, particularly Excel.
