We have multiple projects that we support, and we are looking to add to our team, we are interested in talking to you if you fit the criteria outlined below: Title: Calibration Technician Calibration Technician The successful candidate will be responsible for performing, documenting, and maintaining calibration and verification of instruments, equipment, and systems in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO). This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment operates with precision and meets the strict quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Major Duties and Responsibilities Calibration & Maintenance: Perform scheduled calibrations and preventative maintenance on laboratory and production equipment, including temperature controllers, pressure gauges, balances, pH meters, and other critical instruments. Ensure all calibrated devices meet required specifications and tolerances as per GMP guidelines. Documentation: Accurately document all calibration activities in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain calibration records, logs, and reports for audits and inspections. Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve instrument issues or inaccuracies, recommending corrective actions when necessary. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all equipment complies with applicable regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 17025, etc.) and internal SOPs. Support validation efforts and assist in maintaining calibration programs during audits or inspections. Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to align calibration schedules with production needs. Provide support in the qualification and validation of new instruments. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in calibration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Qualification & Skills: Education: Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in calibration, maintenance, or quality control within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred. Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements for calibration and equipment qualification. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using calibration tools, equipment, and software. Strong understanding of measurement principles, tolerances, and standards. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Why Join Us?
