Clinical Support Advisor Cork or Galway €45-50K base salary Hybrid working with WFH available THE COMPANY Our client, who is established for over 50 years and works with well-known brands worldwide, is currently looking to expand their Irish team, with 1 new role in Galway and 1 new role in Cork. The company covers various sectors, including Orthopedics, Sleep, Pain Management etc. They provide great quality products that aid in supporting numerous respiratory conditions. They currently have a need for a registered nurse who is positive and patient-oriented. As part of the Orthopedics team, you will be operating within a hospital environment and educating patients. This requires excellent presentation and communication skills. Renowned as a great place to work, our client's culture prioritizes providing their customers with high-standard products and services. THE ROLE The successful candidate will be a registered nurse looking to take on the role of Clinical Support Specialist. Any previous orthopedics experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided, along with continuous support from the team. The role includes many responsibilities such as providing support, educating health care practitioners and patients on the products, and following up with these patients to ensure their satisfied with the product. You will be advising patients and doctors, providing patients with assistance in follow-up clinics, liaising with physicians, technicians, and nurses within hospital environments, and presenting educational training workshops in relation to the products. Our client requires an individual who is committed to supplying top-quality products and patient-focused services. This role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, with the ability to work from home. THE PERSON The candidate most suitable to fill this role must: - Be a registered nurse. - Experience in orthopedics areas is preferred, but not essential. - Experience in theatre or as a scrub nurse would be ideal - If you are a physiotherapist with competent clinical background, this may be a great move for you - Have great interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent IT skills. - Pay attention to detail while planning and prioritizing tasks. - Take initiative. An individual who values teamwork by contributing, co-operating, and encouraging will be at a great advantage. Full clean driving license is essential.
