If youre enthusiastic about early years education and want to be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and care, wed love to hear from you What Were Looking For: Essential Qualification: A minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent DCYA-approved certification is required. Strong Knowledge of Aistear and Solta: A deep understanding of the Aistear curriculum framework and Solta quality standards is essential. Youll use these frameworks to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences. Understanding of Child Development: A solid grasp of early childhood development principles and best practices. Activity Planning: Experience in planning and delivering engaging, child-led activities that align with Aistears themes and Soltas principles. Documentation Skills: Ability to observe, document, and reflect on childrens progress and emerging interests in line with Aistear and Solta guidelines. Team Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
