This is a permanent role with full benefits package on offer Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Planning and Coordinating Maintenance Tasks: Organize and track planned maintenance and work orders, ensuring timely completion and balanced workloads. Managing Maintenance Resources and Documentation: Maintain databases, manage spare parts inventory, and document/report maintenance performance metrics. Collaborating with Teams and Vendors: Schedule maintenance with production planners and supervise vendor activities to ensure efficient task completion. Ensuring Compliance and Safety: Enforce safety systems and ensure all maintenance work meets regulatory and company standards. Analyzing and Improving Maintenance Performance: Investigate equipment breakdowns and implement improvements to optimize maintenance processes. What are we looking for? 35 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator OR Senior Technician with planning experience. Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana is desirable. Completion of a Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation apprenticeship, or an NCEA Diploma (or equivalent) in related engineering fields is preferred. Hands-on experience in maintenance with strong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation skills. Solid knowledge of engineering/process instrumentation. Familiarity with utilities, non-manufacturing processes, and systems that support plant operations. Key skills: Team player, effective communicator, methodical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
