Barden are delighted to be continuing our collaboration with one of Ireland’s leading brands in the search for a Payroll Administrator join their team. This a fantastic opportunity for someone to play a vital role within a HR function and be at the forefront of supporting the business. Your primary focus will be on managing Time & Attendance (T&A) and HR inquiries, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and delivering exceptional service to employees.

This role is based in Charleville, County Cork offers a hybrid working structure and a competitive reward package.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll data integrity and handle HR queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on wage agreements and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and support audits.
  • Manage Time & Attendance System and leave balances.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to projects.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • IPASS Qualification OR previous payroll experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude.
