Senior .Net Developer Job type: Full time, day rate Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months Location: Dublin 1 (Hybrid 50% onsite) Start: March 2025 (Garda vetting required) NB: To apply and be considered please be aware that it is a mandatory requirement that you have the equivalent of 7+ years experience overall as a .Net Developer. The nature of the services required are as follows: Conduct development activities such as coding, testing and documentation. Deliver technical solutions within the agreed time, cost and quality boundaries. Adhere to all of our clients Software Development Lifecycle practices throughout the project. Identify opportunities for continuous improvements at both a delivery and project level. Liaise with business and I.T stakeholders such as Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Lead Solution Developer and Quality Assurance. As the opportunity arises provide technical advice and guidance in the development of solutions. Key Deliverables: Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and T-SQL Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team Continuously improve software development processes and practices Experience, Competencies & Skillsets: Knowledge and experience in common Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops). Strong knowledge of C#, .NET and .NET Core; experience in Angular also being advantageous. Significant knowledge and experience of SQL server, design and implementation of database, T-SQL queries, stored procedures. Knowledge and experience with XBRL development and XBRL rules. Ability to clearly document high-level and detailed designs and communicate to business stakeholders and delivery team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
