We're looking to expand our engineering team and are seeking an experienced Front end React Dev Lead with strong background in building client relationships About the role: Lead the team of enthusiastic React developers Develop business-critical and responsive web-based solutions Solve unique and challenging technical problems to support our clients. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders Work in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams on projects ranging from a few weeks to a couple of years in length. Clearly and concisely communicate highly technical challenges and solutions to clients and non-technical team members. Maintain a high standard of quality as you creatively and strategically problem solve throughout the product delivery process. Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest technologies and be able to pick the right one to solve client's problem. About you: Proficient in ReactJS (~ 7+ years' experience) Professional experience working with HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript and TypeScript. Understanding of Sonar and Code Quality Metrics Ability to design and architect Enterprise JavaScript applications using ReactJS Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or MobX) Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design Proficient understanding of build tools and code versioning tools, such as Git/WebPack Good understanding of browser development tools and performance optimization Experience using node and npm Technical documentation - Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode Strong experience working in an agile environment such as Scrum and Kanban Ability to work independently or with a team and lead a project to completion If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
