About the Role At Crowe, we are dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive our business forward. As aRecruiter orSenior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by leading both experienced hire and early careers recruitment. This is a high-impact role requiringstrategic vision,exceptional communication skills, and theability to manage multiple projects whilefostering strong relationships across the organization. What You Will Do As a key member of the People & Organization team, you will: Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires across all functions. Manage early careers recruitment, including graduate / milkround programmes, summer internships, and work placements. Employer Branding & Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives to enhance employer brand visibility, positioning Crowe as a competitive and attractive employer for top talent. Project Management: Drive recruitment-related projects, including process improvement and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Advise and influence hiring managers on workforce planning, skillset mapping, and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals while adhering to processes. Data Management & Analytics: Analyse recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes, identifying market trends, benchmarking when needed, analysis data and information, etc. Ensure compliance with ATS usage and reporting standards. Internal Recruitment: Support internal mobility and career development initiatives for employees. About You Essential Skills and Key Competencies: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with: 2+ years for Recruiter positions. 4+ years for Senior Recruiter positions. Astrategic mindset, capable of crafting campaigns and initiatives that attract top talent. Strong skills instakeholder management, with the ability to advise, influence, and align with business needs. Proficiency indata analytics to guide recruitment strategies and enhance decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and compliance best practices. Great sourcing skills. The ability to remain agile and innovative in a competitive recruitment market. Right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Highly Desirable: Experience in a professional services environment.
