We are seeking a Junior Atlassian Administrator who is a proactive problem solver and eager to learn. The successful candidate will assist in the administration and support of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, within a hybrid working model based in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Take proactive measures to address Atlassian-related issues and service requests. Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Atlassian tools. Participate in the planning and execution of Atlassian upgrades and maintenance activities. Develop and maintain documentation for Atlassian configurations and procedures. Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools. Work within a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Resides within Ireland (ROI or NI). Preferred Skills: Basic scripting or programming experience. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Contract Details: Type: Daily rate contract. Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin.
