JOB DESCRIPTION As a Seamus Nolan Coach Hire driver, you will be part of a rapidly growing team in a rapidly growing business. You will be part of a team that delivers excellent service transporting customers all over Ireland in comfort, to give the client the best experience possible. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence every single. We are currently looking for reliable Bus/Coach Drivers, to join our expanding fleet. Bus/Coach Drivers (Full time/Part time) Rewards: Paid CPC (one per year) Competitive Hourly rate - €18 - €20 per hour Year-round work (non-seasonal) Progressive and enjoyable work environment Access to staff canteen (Tea/coffee provided) Uniform provided Holiday Pay Overtime available Performance based bonuses Responsibilities: Operate buses on scheduled routes, adhering to timetables and traffic regulations. Ensure the safety of passengers, staff, and vehicles always. Assist passengers boarding and alighting from the bus, particularly the elderly and disabled. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the bus, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with road safety and traffic laws. Communicate clearly with passengers about routes, schedules, and other relevant information. Working Conditions: May involve irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Occasional long hours or split shifts. Have a valid work visa to work in Ireland. Qualifications: All CPC'S up to date Valid driving Tachograph Card A valid Irish driving license Category D (bus license) is essential. Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Passenger Transport is typically required. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Skills: Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with passengers. Ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Punctual and reliable. Friendly and approachable. Prior experience as a bus driver or in a similar transport-related role is preferred but not always required.
