Home-Based Treatment Service: Acute care delivered in the comfort of a persons home. Outpatient Services: Flexible access to ongoing mental health support. This service is underpinned by mental health Recovery principles and offersdirect access to inpatient care when clinically required, ensuring comprehensive support for our service users. To lead this innovative service, we are recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Practice Manager. The postholder will have to work closely with the consultant lead and the onsite senior nurse manager. Eligibility Criteria Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field Experience: At least 2 years experience managing in a healthcare, multidisciplinary clinical setting , Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team with other people .
