About the Role: Proficient in project management, with a proven track record of concurrently managing multiple projects and work streams Extensive experience in leading and overseeing diverse data analytics projects across various industries and data types (structured, unstructured, external, etc.) Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, coupled with adept data visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview) (essential) Experience with other programming languages (e.g. R, Python, SAS, VBA, C#) is desirable Experience extracting and analysing data from various financial and ERP systems both on premises and in the cloud A strong understanding and experience of cloud-based analytics platforms Experience with data risk profile elements and data management policies standards and regulatory expectations (desirable) Demonstrated understanding of both external and internal audit testing methodologies An understanding of operational risk management frameworks and processes (e.g. risk appetite, risk identification, risk assessment etc.) - preferable Experience with the design and implementation of data governance and/or data management solutions plus proven 'go to market' capabilities in these areas (desirable) Experience of explaining and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders and applying a commercial and risk point of view Experience of influencing stakeholders at C-suite and non-executive levels Strong presentation skills both face-to-face and in the design of deliverables About You: Extensive experience working with the analysis of data from complex data sets and systems in a similar consulting role with a national or global consulting firm (essential) Have strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving Be client focused with the ability to establish strong working relationships Demonstrated effective leadership, fostering both client and employee relationships Ability to articulate the role that data and technology play in transforming businesses and/or regulatory programs (desirable) Experience leading or participating in proposal development and other business development activities Ability to develop and sell offerings and adjacent offerings If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
