Key Responsibilities: Lead and monitor project direction, ensuring compliance with client specifications and requirements while reviewing progress and collaborating with quantity surveyors on cost control. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, construction professionals, and community members to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate and supervise the efforts of construction teams, including the selection of appropriate tools and materials. Conduct safety inspections to uphold construction and site safety standards. Prepare and review site reports, designs, and drawings while maintaining rigorous quality control procedures. Identify and proactively mitigate potential issues to ensure project continuity. Assess risks in projects, maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting. Assist in negotiating contracts and securing necessary permits and licenses. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management role within the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) industry. Proven ability to manage and control budgets effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making acumen. Commercial awareness and understanding of building methods and regulations.
