Barden have been asked to help the Finance Director of a Large company in Cork to identify a strong Payroll Analyst to join their closeknit payroll Function and Team of 7.

There is a lot of flexibility for remote working

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • ·Manage multi-location payroll for a high volume of employees across Ireland
  • Driving innovative solutions and leading the continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and service level
  • Responsible for payroll tax activities including compliance with multi-jurisdictional tax regulations
  • Training and development of the team
  • Lead process improvement projects and identify areas where further improvements can be made to save time and improve accuracy
  • Working with HR functions to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information and external providers regarding specific payroll treatment for employees
  • Lead the simplification and standardization of ways of working and processes based on industry leading practice
  • Oversee on-going performance and development of payroll systems

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Mature, analytical and personable individual
  • A number of years of experience in managing payroll Activities.
  • Experience managing and building relationships with ADP/ other providers.
  • Experience transitioning payrolls, streamlining processes and month end reporting
  • People management experience is required
  • Ability to communicate and delegate well
