Bid Writer

ProSource are recruiting an experienced Bid Writer to join one of Irelands leading Main Building Contractors who are on a Landmark Data Centre project in Dublin. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to: Create high-quality proposal documents by coordinating, drafting, and editing content. Review and refine technical information to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and client-focused language. Ensure all proposals adhere to our corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards. Analyze tender requirements, developing responses that are both thorough and compelling. Work closely with technical experts to craft custom responses to tender requests. Interview team members across various departments to capture unique insights on our methodologies, innovations, and commitments (e.g., construction methods, digital project delivery, HSE, diversity, and sustainability). Develop and maintain a database of case studies, templates, and CVs to support bid efforts. Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Previous experience in construction or engineering is beneficial but not required. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Familiarity with corporate procedures in large organizations is advantageous. Proficient in MS Office Suite; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus.
