As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture, bringing creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization. This role will be located at our Leixlip site with hybrid work options available. Responsibilities: You will partner with business leads/department managers/team leads to develop and execute HR strategies focused on the full HR portfolio: Employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and more Provide support, thought partnership, and coaching to managers and employees at all levels across the organisation on how to manage performance, conflict resolution, interpersonal issues and ER issues within their teams Partnering with managers, defining and implementing the best HR solutions for the organization, as well as providing consultation and coaching services to managers and employee's on all HR practices, systems and policies. Continually pursue ways to improve existing policies and procedures with a focus on efficiency and suitability for scale Analyse data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding significant or unique issues in employee relations, organisational capabilities & people strategies. Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees and managers at all levels to help drive growth and development.
