They are seeking a number of talented Electrical Engineers (Intermediate to Senior Levels) to join the growing team for a wide range of projects nationwide but prime focus on the midlands. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge electrical systems for projects across multiple sectors, including Data Centre, Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Pharma, Industrial, and more. *****Please note the building services experience is a 'MUST-HAVE' for these positions. Key Responsibilities: Preparation, evaluation and optimization of design concepts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop electrical building services designs/specifications from customer briefs. Conduct feasibility studies on new designs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions. Manage project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget. Lead and/or participate in design and review meetings. Generate designs in accordance with current codes, guidelines and best practices. Develop cost estimates and tender documents. Direct other members of the design team in undertaking their roles and responsibilities. Undertake site inspections and prepare written reports on same. Generate production information and develop and manage full product design documentation. Resolving client-related issues by problem-solving and troubleshooting designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying innovative solutions to your work. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of post-graduate experience in Electrical Engineering Design. Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is an advantage. Strong knowledge of electrical building services design, building regulations and relevant standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software such as Amtech, Dialux, or Relux. Experience in designing electrical systems for sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Industrial. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
