Role Title: Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Role Location: Carrickmines or Dundrum (or both) A part-time and fixed term 12 month position has arisen within Vhi to work as part of our growing MSK Physiotherapy team. The role will focus on managing a caseload of MSK Physiotherapy clients. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys collaborative working and is passionate about proving high quality patient-centred care. Benefits: Excellent company Pension Health Insurance Death in service Income Protection Role Purpose Be responsible for client assessments and the implementation of individualised treatment plans that are client centred and in line with best practice Utilise a range of physiotherapy skills including manual techniques, self-management advice, and therapeutic exercise Carry out the appropriate physiotherapy treatment for each patient with due regard for the Physiotherapy Code of Professional Conduct, as outlined by the CORU Complete documentation and diary management in line with local processes Communicate and work in co-operation with other team members in providing an integrated quality service, taking the lead role as required Liaise with medical colleagues as clinically indicated by individual cases and ensure timely onward referral where appropriate Education & Experience Hold a Physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU. Candidates must state CORU registration number on their application. Be eligible for membership to the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists Have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience Show engagement in continued professional development Demonstrated alignment to Vhi values Skills and Abilities Experience of developing, applying and reviewing an evidence-based approach to decision making Proficient in navigating IT systems and comfortable using digital platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills. Proven ability to work effectively and confidently across all levels of an organisation. Flexibility to work evenings / weekends as required by the role.
