Clare. Role overview: Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the position focuses on supplier management, policy compliance, and contributing to supply chain strategies. Responsibilities: Lead onsite supplier audits in collaboration with the quality team. Participate in evaluations for potential new suppliers. Maintain a supplier rating system aligned with key performance indicators. Ensure supply chain policies and procedures are current and compliant. Represent the supply chain team during customer and certification audits. Support corporate social responsibility and re-shoring initiatives. Contribute to cost-reduction and value analysis programs. Collaborate with teams to achieve dual sourcing and supplier management goals. Train suppliers on company standards to ensure compliance. Provide expertise and backup support to the procurement team as needed. Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Quality. Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain or technical role.
