Mileage provided Onsite Parking Company logo clothing provided Main Responsibilities Responsible to the Quantity Surveying manager, responsibilities will include: Project Support and Cost Control:Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with financial goals. Procurement and Contract Support:Collaborate with senior surveyors on procurement processes, support bid evaluations, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Valuations and Payments:Prepare and submit interim valuations, assist with payment applications, and support variation management. Risk Identification:Assist in identifying project risks and work with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing necessary cost reports and updates under the guidance of senior surveyors. Team Collaboration and Learning:Work alongside our senior surveyor, learning through active participation and contributing to a collaborative project team. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degreein Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. 2-4 yearsof experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Familiarity with procurementprocesses, contract administration, and Irish construction regulations. Strong analyticaland communication skills. Proficiency in quantity surveying softwareand Microsoft Office Suite. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
