Office Receptionist

Location: Dublin

Office Hours – Monday – Friday

Salary: €30k+

Our Dublin-based client is seeking to hire an Office Receptionist to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for customer communication and providing administrative assistance to the office staff. The preferred candidate should possess a background in administration, along with excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Role Requirements:

  • Deliver a welcoming and courteous meet-and-greet service for all visitors and customers.
  • Respond promptly, efficiently, and politely to both internal and external phone calls.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of fulfilled orders via designated courier services.
  • Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and conscientiousness at all times.
  • Maintain inventory and manage stock of office supplies.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as required.

Candidate requirements:

  • Two years of reception experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organisational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in effective communication, both face-to-face and via phone and email.
  • Highly adept at general administration duties and maintaining organization.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic knowledge of Excel and Sage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in managing a busy phone system, including answering, transferring calls, and taking messages.
