Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic IT Manager to lead their technology landscape. Your Key Responsibilities: Shaping the Future -Define and implement long-term IT strategies aligned with business goals. Stay ahead of emerging technology trends to enhance operations. Strengthening IT Infrastructure -Oversee the availability, security, and reliability of IT systems and operations. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations. Delivering Transformational Projects -Lead high-impact IT projects that drive innovation and efficiency. Providing Exceptional Service -Ensure IT services meet performance goals and deliver excellent user experiences. Manage vendor partnerships and ensure effective external support. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve hardware and software problems, across the business related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for all employees. Budgets -Manage the IT budget effectively, balancing cost control with service quality. What Youll Bring to the Role: Qualifications: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture.
