Our client is based in Tallaght D24 and is currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Care Administrative Assistant to support their customer care department during this very busy period.

Salary is €15 per hour. Immediate start until end of September.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product enquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer database.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including shipping, warehouse, and sales, to ensure timely resolution of customer orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer care team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software ideally.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
